Your username will be in the format of <Account-name>.<First-name>, such as for example: Foo.Jane

If there is no "Report" menu item available, then please contact your Biometric Signature ID support contact to have your dashboard account access levels adjusted.

Admin users for each account are able to create and manage new or existing dashboard users.
