About this report

This report is helpful to determine if multiple students are enrolled in the same courses each session and if perhaps there is a paid individual taking the courses for a group of students.  As an example, an individual who is paid to complete courses by students will often move the group of students through the same courses at the same time.  This report will help you find these clusters of students and point you in the direction of additional indicators of contract cheating.

The report below is sorted by User showing the courses the user is enrolled in and number of validations in each course.

How to run this report

Settings and selections:

1. Date Range - Select one of the predefined dates or click on Basic to change to toggle to Custom.
   
2. Partner - Selecting a partner allows the user to filter down to only show the sessions and courses using the selected partner system.
   
3. Account - For client users, the Account will be automatically selected.
   
4. User ID - Filter down to a subset of one or more users.
   
5. Show Users as - Choose to either show email addresses or Lastname, Firstname for users
   
6. Sort by - Choose to sort by #Courses, User, #Validations
   
7. min Courses active in - Select any number for courses, to show all students change this value to 0 or 1.
   
8. List Courses - Details courses by student name.  Deselect to hide courses
   

To run the report click the Generate Report button.
