Resetting Attempts in Blackboard Ultra

Occasionally you may with to reset a users attempts at BioSig-ID.
This article guides you though the process in Blackboard Ultra.

1. Enter the Gradebook inside the course, and click on the Students tab.

2. Locate the user you wish to reset and click on their row.

3. Find the item that you wish to reset and click on it.

4. Enter Instructor View and scroll down to the Gradebook section.

5. Click the red trash can to delete the attempt. Upon successful reset you will be returned to the previous page.
Click on the red trashcan to reset the users attempt.
