Search Users
Search for users by:
- BSI Username or Unique Student/User ID
- First and last name
- Email address
Currently, search supports only one first name and one last name. If a user has multiple first or last names, please use only one each when searching.
Filter
Click the “+” to expand additional filter options.
Range Preset:
Select the date range to view active users. Choose from presets such as "This Week" or "This Month", or use the "From/To" fields to define a custom range.
Refined Filter Options:
Refine results by including or excluding the following:
- Accessibility: Users with an active ADA accommodation, or none.
- Locked: Users whose profiles are locked (e.g., due to administrative action or suspicious behavior).
- Exempt: Users exempted from the BioSig-ID process (e.g., students taking exams in person).
- Watch-list: Users flagged for further review due to suspicious behavior.
Device Count:
Indicates the number of device profiles associated with a user.
For example, a user may have one touchpad profile for an iPad and a separate mouse profile for a desktop—resulting in two device profiles.

Use the “Equals” or “Or More” option to specify an exact number or minimum number of device profiles.
Location:
If your institution has multiple campuses, select the location you want to search within. Otherwise leave this blank.
D Values:
D values vary by account and may differ in order and level of detail.
These fields are configured during integration by your institution and BSI staff.
Example D value structure:
D1: BioSight-ID (tool used for the session)
D2: Summer 1 2026 (session/semester)
D3: Introduction to Philosophy (course title)
D4: PHIL 101 (course number)
D5: John Johnson (instructor name)
